2nd Cummings Terms:
1. A Cummings trained horse must win the Sydney Cup and a non-Cummings horse must run 2nd for the offer to be valid .
2. If your horse places 2nd and is not a Cummings horse you will receive your money back to a maximum of $100.
3. The first Win or Each Way bet placed by a member is eligible for the offer. Subsequent wagers on the Sydney Cup will not be eligible for the Offer.
4. If the Wager is an Each Way wager only the win portion will be refunded and the place portion dividend paid as normal. Eg. $50 each way = $50 cash refund if the horse places 2nd.
5. Only wagers placed on the internet are eligible for this offer. Free Bets used for this offer are not eligible and no refund will be given on free bet wagers.
